Use of Payment Service

Our website currently uses a payment service, Pay Pal, to process donations. When you are directed away from our website and then subsequently enter information into Pay Pal’s website to make your donation, you will be subject to their privacy policy and any other applicable policies they have decided to institute on their site. Please note: we have no control over this 

information and are not responsible for Pay Pal’s use of it. 

Information Provided by Children

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided information to our website, please contact us so we can move to undertake a concerted effort to  remedy the situation, while also  providing a resolution that is in compliance with federal and state laws. 

Requesting Removal of Information

If you provided us with information, via an electronic form (or any other application on our site), email, or mail and would like to have that information expunged, please contact us. We will evaluate each case, as time allows, and attempt to address your concerns. Please note: we retain various forms of information for compliance, legal, regulatory, and tax purposes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a request to expunge information from our records or our site will be fully completed.
